[Libtorrent-devel] libTorrent 0.7.6 and rTorrent 0.3.6 released

* Replaced most of the sigc++ slots used internally in libtorrent with my 
own lightweight functor. This saves some 600kb in debugging symbols.

* Various bug fixes.

Not much exciting in this release, except for code cleanup and bug fixes.
