[Libtorrent-devel] libTorrent 0.9.2 and rTorrent 0.5.2 released

* Properly handle full disk. It first calls msync with MS_ASYNC, then 30 
seconds later with MS_SYMC. This guarantees the data is written, while not 
blocking unnessesarily.

* Completed message was not being sent to the tracker, fixed.

* Added "-n" flag that disables loading of ~/.rtorrent.rc.

* Added "close_untied=" option.

I haven't performance tested the changes, and I do expect some blocking as 
it saves the fast resume data on quit. Please let me know how it performs.
