[Libtorrent-devel] LibTorrent 0.11.4 and rTorrent 0.7.4 released

* Allow properly quoted and escaped arguments to options. F.ex "schedule 
= wd,10,10,load_start=~/Foo\ Bar/*.torrent" and "schedule = 
wd,10,10,load_start="~/Foo Bar/*.torrent"" now works.

* Added unlimited setting for max unchoked in ChokeManager and made it 
the default. Set with 0 as a temporary hack.

* Don't resize empty files used for creating directories. Fixed for the 
n'th time.

A couple of days after the release i got a report that each torrent was 
limited to 15 downloads, which was the default for max uploads per 
torrent. So both have now been set to unlimited by default.

I should really have separated the bug fixes from the new option parser 
changes for this release, but didn't really feel like doing that work 
atm. So let us hope it isn't too buggy.
